ALTTR INC was founded by Andrae & Lysbeth Ricketts in 2014. Years before their paths cross, Andrae and Lysbeth had been traveling all around the country and the world, motivating and altering the minds of adults, parents, youth, and children; shifting the state of mind that society has conditioned them to have. Andrae and Lysbeth's shared affinity to "alter minds" was what brought the TWO together; and eventually they become ONE. Together, they continued to penetrate global boundaries and planted small seeds on foreign lands.
BEHIND ALTTR INC
In September of 2014 Andrae decided to dedicate his life full-time to his passion of doing all that he can to bring a change to his community and those abroad. He left his Job and along with his wife Lysbeth Ricketts, they created this organization geared towards Motivational Speaking, Preaching, Leadership Mentorship, Educational Guidance, Relationship Counseling, Business Consultation and Health /Diet Emphasis.
